A Customer came today to do an eyelash perm with us. A few months ago, she had an eyelash perm done at another place, but the product used was believed to contain rather strong chemicals. During the treatment, we tried to curl her lashes again, but there were a few areas that could not be fully curled due to the effect of those chemicals, which caused her lashes to become dry, stiff, and prone to falling out.
